针对目前城乡统筹协调发展中因农业人才培养模式落后而导致农业人才严重缺乏的问题,提出了以农业企业孵化器为平台的农业人才孵化模式,具体为：基于农业人才需求主体和农业人才类型的分析,引入人力资本理论和社会资本理论,构建了由多领域配套支持系统、多层次人才孵化系统、多维度优化支持系统构成的农业人才孵化机制,并在此基础上对农业人才孵化的预期效果进行了研究。
針對目前城鄉統籌協調髮展中因農業人纔培養模式落後而導緻農業人纔嚴重缺乏的問題,提齣瞭以農業企業孵化器為平檯的農業人纔孵化模式,具體為：基于農業人纔需求主體和農業人纔類型的分析,引入人力資本理論和社會資本理論,構建瞭由多領域配套支持繫統、多層次人纔孵化繫統、多維度優化支持繫統構成的農業人纔孵化機製,併在此基礎上對農業人纔孵化的預期效果進行瞭研究。

According to the present problem of agricultural talents＇ lack,which owing to the backwards training mode in the environment of balancing urban and rural development,we propose an incubation model of agricultural talents based on agricultural enterprise incubator.Based on analysis of demand subject and types for agricultural talents,with human capital theory and social capital theory,an incubation mechanism of agricultural talents was constructed.It was composed of multi domain matching support system,multi level talent incubating system and multi dimension optimization support system.Finally the expected effect of agricultural talents＇ incubation was analyzed.
