We investigated the job post and job-seeking intentions of municipal engineering graduates in recent years.The result shows that it is the demand of social development to cultivate application-oriented talents.We compared the training mode of academic-degree postgraduate and professional-degree postgraduate in many aspects,and illustrated the trend of reform on the postgraduate training mode.
