以北京市近郊区来广营村为个案,通过对失地农民的问卷调查,着重分析大城市近郊失地农民市民化的现状,并建立了评价指标体系,对其做定量分析和评价,进而得出在大城市近郊区城市化中应把握这一地区失地农民被动市民化的特质,强化政府在农民市民化中的作用以及稳妥而全面地推进失地农民市民化进程等针对性结论。
以北京市近郊區來廣營村為箇案,通過對失地農民的問捲調查,著重分析大城市近郊失地農民市民化的現狀,併建立瞭評價指標體繫,對其做定量分析和評價,進而得齣在大城市近郊區城市化中應把握這一地區失地農民被動市民化的特質,彊化政府在農民市民化中的作用以及穩妥而全麵地推進失地農民市民化進程等針對性結論。

Taking Laiguangying village as an example and by the way of questionnaire,we study on the current situation of the land-losing peasants＇ citizenization in the suburb of Beijing.And we set up the index system to give a quantitative analysis and evaluation. Then we come to the conclusions：first,grasping the characteristics of the land-losing peasants passive citizenization;second,strengthening the effect of government in the process of land-losing peasants＇ citizenization;third,promoting the process of land-losing peasants＇ citizenization steadily and completely.
