论文在分析海峡两岸科技信息资源的分布及特点和资源共建共享的现状的基础上，提出两岸科技信息资源共建共享的设想，即建设海西科技信息资源共享平台，然后将该平台与我国台湾地区“科技政策研究与资讯中心”网站平台进行对接，实现两岸科技信息资源的共享，进而促进两岸相关领域的科技信息资源的共建。
論文在分析海峽兩岸科技信息資源的分佈及特點和資源共建共享的現狀的基礎上，提齣兩岸科技信息資源共建共享的設想，即建設海西科技信息資源共享平檯，然後將該平檯與我國檯灣地區“科技政策研究與資訊中心”網站平檯進行對接，實現兩岸科技信息資源的共享，進而促進兩岸相關領域的科技信息資源的共建。
논문재분석해협량안과기신식자원적분포급특점화자원공건공향적현상적기출상，제출량안과기신식자원공건공향적설상，즉건설해서과기신식자원공향평태，연후장해평태여아국태만지구“과기정책연구여자신중심”망참평태진행대접，실현량안과기신식자원적공향，진이촉진량안상관영역적과기신식자원적공건。
Based on the analysis of the distribution and features of the scientific and technological information resources of the two sides of Taiwan Straits, as well as the status and issues of co-founding and co-sharing for information resources, this paper demonstrates the envisage for co-founding and co-sharing for information resource. Under this envisage, we will found the co-shared platform for scientific and technological information resources of the west side of Taiwan Straits. Then, this platform will be integrated into the website platform of Scientific Policy Research and Information Center in Taiwan in order to realize co-sharing for the scientific and technological information resources on both sides. Finally, the co-foundation of scientific and technological information resources in the concerned area of the both sides will be greatly advanced.
