阅读能力是语文能力中的一项重要内容，阅读能力的强弱直接影响到语文能力中其他能力的形成，因此，在语文教学中对学生阅读能力的培养就显得特别重要。近年来对学生阅读能力培养的讨论、研究、实践日益深入，从2010年全国小语会举办的“全国第八届青年教师阅读教学观摩活动”上，便可看到此轮课程改革以来发生在小学语文阅读教学上的新气象，主要体现在：认读能力培养扎实推进，理解能力培养有序达标，概括能力培养关注方法，评鉴能力培养重视鉴赏，阅读方法与策略着眼长远。

Reading ability is one of the most important language abilities which would directly affect the development of other abilities during the language learning. Therefore, the training of students＇ reading ability is very important in language teaching, and recently research, practices and discussions about it have slowly pushed this topic to the forefront. Pleasant changes based on the new curriculum reform have been found from the 8th National Observation of New Teachers＇ Reading Class Competition held by Elementary Chinese Teaching Association of CSE in 2010. They can be presented in the following parts： cognitive ability is promoted, understanding ability criteria are met step by step, the capacity of abstraction is developed by focusing on solution, evaluating ability is cultivated by paying attention to appreciation, and reading strategies are considered as a long-term goal for teachers to achieve.
