以HZD学生工作绩效评价体系为对象,运用平衡计分卡理论结合问卷调查,分析了目前高校学生工作绩效评价的现实情况及所存在的弊端,并在此基础上构建了湖北省学生工作绩效考核体系的主体框架。研究结果对提高高校学生工作的整体管理水平具有重要的理论与现实意义。

Taking the student affair performance evaluation system of HZD University as an example,this study analyzes the current situation and existing shortcomings of its student affair evaluation system,constructs the main frame of performance evaluation system in student affair,and evaluates the student affair in Hubei province reflecting on the Analytic Hierarchy Process using a balanced score card theory and questionnaires.Our results are of great theoretical and practical significance to improving the overall management of student affair in universities.
