目前,高校管理干部作风建设面临官本位作风不断侵蚀、行政化倾向日趋严重的现实困境。进一步加强高校管理干部作风建设,需要重新厘定价值观,即从官本位向学本位转变。要突出育人为本,培养教育型管理干部;强调尊重人才,培养服务型管理干部;立足本职岗位,培养学习型管理干部。
目前,高校管理榦部作風建設麵臨官本位作風不斷侵蝕、行政化傾嚮日趨嚴重的現實睏境。進一步加彊高校管理榦部作風建設,需要重新釐定價值觀,即從官本位嚮學本位轉變。要突齣育人為本,培養教育型管理榦部;彊調尊重人纔,培養服務型管理榦部;立足本職崗位,培養學習型管理榦部。

Currently,style construction of the college administration staff faces dilemma that the consciousness of official standard embody the trend of administration.To further strengthen style construction,it is necessary of the redefinition of values which is the transform of official-oriented to learning standard.We cultivate educational cadres by means of highlight of education-oriented.We cultivate ministrant cadres through respecting talents.We cultivate learning cadres through training combined with the post.
