It can realize to benefit-sharing as the basis of economic linkage development,following industrial park development law,adjusting measures to local conditions and innovating co-operative project mode,therefore,this article fully absorb domestic and province co-operative successful project,then analyze the problems of the mechanism of benefit-sharing,and put forward the measure for clusters and its adjacent areas,which can gradually form mechanism of benefit-sharing.
