建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会是我国经济社会发展的战略任务,其重要内容是建设具有两型特征和符合两型要求的产业体系。为引导区域产业的发展,需要对区域产业两型化发展水平进行评价。在阐述产业两型化发展内涵的基础上,提出了产业两型化发展水平评价指标体系以及主成分评价方法,并对区域产业进行了实证分析。最后,提出了区域产业两型化发展的若干对策。

The construction of resource saving and environmental friendly society（two-oriented is called for short）is strategic target of social and economic development in China.The important aspect is building industry system that corresponds with two-oriented feature as well as two-oriented demand.It is necessary to appraise the development level of regional two-oriented industry so as to lead industry growth.The article puts forward appraisal index system as well as the appraisal method of principal component analysis,on the basis of studying essence of two-oriented industry development,and carries out a positive evaluation of specific regional industry system.Eventually some countermeasures about two-oriented development of regional industry are proposed.
