借助“钻石模型”，从理论上探究湖南省承接产业转移的影响因素，并对影响因素进行量化，利用湖南省13个州市2001-2009年的面板数据建立模型，运用STATA软件进行回归分析，检验理论上影响湖南产业承接的各个因素是否显著。结果表明资本存量、市场需求、经济发展等因素有显著正向影响，而劳动力工资、科技水平与产业转移则显现负相关性。
藉助“鑽石模型”，從理論上探究湖南省承接產業轉移的影響因素，併對影響因素進行量化，利用湖南省13箇州市2001-2009年的麵闆數據建立模型，運用STATA軟件進行迴歸分析，檢驗理論上影響湖南產業承接的各箇因素是否顯著。結果錶明資本存量、市場需求、經濟髮展等因素有顯著正嚮影響，而勞動力工資、科技水平與產業轉移則顯現負相關性。

First with the ＂Diamond Model＂, to explore the Factors of Hunan undertake Industrial transfer. On this basis to quantify the impact factors, use of the 13 regions and cities in Hunan province, 2001-2009datas to establish model, using STATA software regression analysis to test theoretical effects of various factors Hunan Industrial undertaking is significant. The results show that the capital stock, market demand, economical level have significant positive effects, wages and technology have negative correlation with Industrial transfer. Establish ARMA model predict the value of FDI in 2011 for Hunan.
