According to the principle of supply and demand, the paper firstly analyses the demand characteristics of camellia oleifera seed oil from the factors such as price, income, price and availability of the substitutes, consumer preferences and the number of purchasers, secondly analyses the supply characteristics from the price ofinvestment goods, technical progress, price of related items, policies and climatic conditions. Then the paper analyses the price elasticity of demand, income elasticity of demand and price elasticity of supply of camellia oleifera seed oil. Finally, the paper puts forward policy recommendations.
