采用双能X线法(GE lunar,prodigy)测定15名足球女运动员1年训练期间前后3次(间隔6个月)的骨密度和体成分。同时。采用酶联免疫法测定受试者骨代谢生化标志物水平。探讨长期足球专项运动对骨量和骨代谢指标的影响及特征。结果显示,第3次全身骨密度及骨矿含量、脊柱骨密度、骨盆骨密度及骨矿含量、左大腿及上肢骨密度均明显高于第1次测试结果(P〈0.005.P〈0.05)。3次腰椎骨密度、骨矿含量、体脂百分比和瘦体重均无显著差异。抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b第2及3次与第1次测试结果间差异显著(P〈0.05).但3次测试结果与正常值相比差异均无显著性。25-羟基维他命D第1次测试结果显著低于正常值下限(P〈0.05),后2次测试结果均在正常范围之内。血清骨钙素(BGP)及骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)3次测试结果间、以及与正常值下限间亦均无显著差异,因此,长期足球运动有利于增加机体的骨量,既可以增加全身骨密度和骨矿含量,又使得机体局部一左大腿、骨盆和上肢骨密度,脊柱及骨盆骨矿含量显著增加,局部骨量的增加具有显著项目特征。生化标志物水平呈现小幅波动。提示,足球运动导致的成骨效应是建立在骨的高代谢转换基础之上。

Appling dual energy X-ray absorptiornetry method (GE lunar prodigy) to determine the bone mineral density and body composition of 15 football female athletes before and during the training period one year for 3 times interval (interval 6 months). Meanwhile, utilizing enzyme linked immunosorhent to determine the subjects of bone metabolism of biochemical marker. The purpose is to study long-term foot-ball sport on bone mass and bone metabolic indices of influence and characteristics. The result shows that the whole-body BMD and BMC, spine BMC, pelvic BMD and BMC, left thigh and upper limb BMD of 3rd test were significantly higher than that of 1st test results (P〈0. 005-P〈0.05). There were no significant difference fat percentage and lean mass of whole body between 3 times test data. The levels of TRACP-5b of 2nd and 3rd test significantly were higher than that of first test results (P〈0. 05), but there were no significant difference between the three test results and the normal values. 25-OH-VD3 of 1st test were significantly lower than the lower limit of normal values (P〈 0.05),and the results of 2nd and 3rd were within the normal range (P〈0. 05). There were no significant difference in the levels of BOP and BAP of 3 times tests,and there were no significant difference comparing with the lower limit of normal values. Therefore, the lon~term football exercise is beneficial to increase the bone mass, not only the BMD and BMC of whole body, but also the BMD of the left thigh, upper limb and pelvis and the BMC of spine and pelvis. Serum biochemical markers showed the small fluctuations. It suggested that bone for marion effect caused by football exercise is built on the basis of high bone metabolic turnover.
