简帛日书所见战国秦汉时期“禹步”之法主要用以出行厌禳、禁避盗贼、驱鬼去病、养生导引、祭祀先农等方面，还没有发展成为一种独立的巫术形式；“反支日”禁忌以“相反”为主要特征，一月之内当有五个反支日；择吉“太岁”逆时针运行于四仲之间，每年轮回三圈，主要用以选择移徙和修造方位，与纪年“太岁”名同而实异。
簡帛日書所見戰國秦漢時期“禹步”之法主要用以齣行厭禳、禁避盜賊、驅鬼去病、養生導引、祭祀先農等方麵，還沒有髮展成為一種獨立的巫術形式；“反支日”禁忌以“相反”為主要特徵，一月之內噹有五箇反支日；擇吉“太歲”逆時針運行于四仲之間，每年輪迴三圈，主要用以選擇移徙和脩造方位，與紀年“太歲”名同而實異。
간백일서소견전국진한시기“우보”지법주요용이출행염양、금피도적、구귀거병、양생도인、제사선농등방면，환몰유발전성위일충독립적무술형식；“반지일”금기이“상반”위주요특정，일월지내당유오개반지일；택길“태세”역시침운행우사중지간，매년륜회삼권，주요용이선택이사화수조방위，여기년“태세”명동이실이。
From the Bamboo and Silk manuscripts for selecting dates we can see that the wizardry of ＂Yu-bu＂ had not been developed into an independent sorcery form during the warring states period and Qin-Han Dynasty, It usually used to pray for trip, avoid the robber damage in travel, drive the devil to e- liminate diseases, exercise to keep health and offer sacrifices to the god named ＂Xian-nong＂; The main fea- ture of the ＂Fan-zhi days＂ taboo is ＂contrary＂, there are five ＂Fan-zhi days＂ in each month; The ＂Tai-sui＂ for picking auspicious things moves counterclockwise between east, north, west, and south, It revolves three times each year, mainly used to choose direction of migration and building, We can not confused this ＂Tai-sui＂ with the ＂Tai-sui＂ for recording the years.
