企业家声誉是企业赢得竞争优势的关键要素,但在新的时代背景下,现有声誉理论对企业家声誉的研究远未成熟。为此,本文简述了声誉理论的宏观、微观和中观三个层面的研究成果,并在此基础上,对企业家声誉结构和企业家声誉驱动机制的认识发展进行了综述和探讨,本文的研究结论对于企业家声誉理论研究的深化和实践探索具有较好的借鉴意义。
企業傢聲譽是企業贏得競爭優勢的關鍵要素,但在新的時代揹景下,現有聲譽理論對企業傢聲譽的研究遠未成熟。為此,本文簡述瞭聲譽理論的宏觀、微觀和中觀三箇層麵的研究成果,併在此基礎上,對企業傢聲譽結構和企業傢聲譽驅動機製的認識髮展進行瞭綜述和探討,本文的研究結論對于企業傢聲譽理論研究的深化和實踐探索具有較好的藉鑒意義。

The reputation of entrepreneur is one of the key elements from which an enterprise gains sustaining competitive advantages.However the existing reputation theories concerning about the research of reputation of entrepreneur are still in the developing stage.This paper reviews the research results on the reputation theories on the macro-,micro-and meso-level.Based on the knowledge of reputation theories,this paper also discusses the development of theories of reputation structure and reputation driving mechanism of entrepreneur.The conclusions of this paper contribute to the further development of theoretical research and practical exploration of reputation theories of entrepreneur.
