美、日、韩等国家在经济危机后,靠文化产业带来的综合国力的迅速提升,实现了向文化产业大国迈进的目标。同样,由"次贷危机"所引发的金融危机也为我国文化产业的发展带来了契机,主要表现在:金融危机刺激文化消费拉动文化产业发展、金融危机催动科技创新助推文化产业发展、金融危机促进产业结构升级凸显文化产业优势、金融危机下国际文化市场竞争态势发生新变化。我国应在借鉴国外经验的基础上,通过推行文化体制改革,健全文化产业法律体系;实施文化产业品牌战略,拓展国际文化产业市场;开发利用传统文化资源,推进文化产业自主创新;制定和完善人才政策,着力培养文化产业人才等措施,推动我国文化产业实现跨越式发展。

Under the condition of economic crisis,the United States,Japan,South Korea and other countries enhanced their comprehensive national strength quickly through developing cultural industry and realized the the goal of building powerful cultural industries.Similarly,the "subprime crisis"caused by the financial crisis has brought opportunities for China's cultural industry development,and they are mainly shown as: the financial crisis stimulating cultural consumption to drive cultural industry,the financial crisis pushing the development of science and technology innovation to boost cultural industry,the financial crisis promoting the upgrade of cultural industy structure to display its advantages,and new changes occurring in the international cultural market competition.Based on learning from foreign experiences,China should establish a sound legal system for cultural industry through the implementing cultural system reform,expand its proportion in the international cultural market through carrying out brand construction in cultural industry,promote cultural industry innovation through developing and utilizing traditional cultural resources,and train personnel through improving human resources policy,so as to bring leap-forward development to its cultural industry.
