新能源汽车是低碳经济发展的必然选择,是汽车产业的发展趋势。新能源汽车产业发展的直接推动力就是国家的相关扶植政策。中外各国对新能源汽车的发展都高度重视,纷纷出台了各种产业政策。本文通过对比分析这些产业政策的同异,从加大投入、合理配置科研力量、组合运用多种政策、协同产业发展等方面提出了促进新能源汽车产业发展的策略。

New energy automobile is the certain choice of the low carbon development and the future of automotive industry.The supportive measures of the governments give a direct impulse to the development of new energy automotive industry.China and other countries pay much attention to the development of new energy automotive industry and release various supportive industrial policies.By comparing those industrial policies,this paper put forward the industrial development strategies involved with input increase,reasonable allocation of resesarch forces,combination of policy application,and collaborative industry development.
