Cliff Tombs, gold and silver wares, Mirco-Energy dispersive X-ray Florence Probe, Raman Spectroscopy, X-ray electronic spectrometer
利用微聚焦能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪(EDXRF)、拉曼光谱仪(RS)、X射线电子能谱仪(XPS)等无损分析法,对重庆忠县翠屏山崖墓出土金银器的基体成分、表面腐蚀物成分以及其物相结构进行了系统的分析测试。结果表明:两个金器样品的含金量均高达90%,纯度较高。此外,还含有一定含量的银、铜、锌、镍、铷等杂质元素;银器中,大多数样品含银量高达97.38~98.85%,同时还含有少量硫、铬、镍、锌、金等杂质元素;银器表面附着的黑色的腐蚀物,经鉴定为Ag2S,红褐色腐蚀物的物相结构为Cu2O;值得关注的是,有一个银器样品含银95.2%,含铜3.19%,应为铜银合金,此结果对于探讨我国古代银铜合金技术发展与演变的研究,具有非常重要的意义。
利用微聚焦能量色散X射線熒光光譜儀(EDXRF)、拉曼光譜儀(RS)、X射線電子能譜儀(XPS)等無損分析法,對重慶忠縣翠屏山崖墓齣土金銀器的基體成分、錶麵腐蝕物成分以及其物相結構進行瞭繫統的分析測試。結果錶明:兩箇金器樣品的含金量均高達90%,純度較高。此外,還含有一定含量的銀、銅、鋅、鎳、銣等雜質元素;銀器中,大多數樣品含銀量高達97.38~98.85%,同時還含有少量硫、鉻、鎳、鋅、金等雜質元素;銀器錶麵附著的黑色的腐蝕物,經鑒定為Ag2S,紅褐色腐蝕物的物相結構為Cu2O;值得關註的是,有一箇銀器樣品含銀95.2%,含銅3.19%,應為銅銀閤金,此結果對于探討我國古代銀銅閤金技術髮展與縯變的研究,具有非常重要的意義。

By using nondestructive methods of Mirco-Energy dispersive X-ray Florence Probe, Raman Spectroscopy and X-ray electronic spectrometer, the gold and silver wares excavated from the Cliff Tombs in Cuiping Mountain Site, Zhong County of Chongqing, were analyzed. The analysis indicates that samples of the gold wares have high content of Au (〉90%), with a certain amount of micro- elements such as Ag, Cu, Ni, Rb, etal, and that samples of silver have high content of Ag (97.38-98.85%), with a certain amount of micro-elements S, Cr, Ni, Zn, Au, etal. The analysis also shows that black corrosion on the surface of silver is Ag2S, and that of brown is Cu2O. Meanwhile, content of Cu in one of silver samples is as high as 3.19%, with 95.3% of Ag, which is an important base for the research of ancient technique of Ag-Cu alloy.
