利用粤北山区四种菌草为主要原料,设计出6种不同配方的培养基,进行杏鲍菇的栽培试验,筛选出菌草栽培杏鲍菇的最佳配方.实验结果表明:杏鲍菇在菌丝培育阶段,配方3和配方6中菌丝生长速度较快,最快的达0.455 cm/d,比对照组多0.056 cm/d;杏鲍菇在配方2中菌丝生长速度最慢,仅0.325 cm/d.在子实体形成发生阶段,杏鲍菇在配方3和配方6中子实体形成最快.生物转化效率最高的是配方6,达103.13%,与对照组相比,高出20.88%;最低的是配方4,转化率仅51.60%.

The experiment was conducted with four types of bacteria grasses from North Guangdong Province as raw materials to design seven different formulations of culture media,with one of them winning out as the optimal forumlation for Pleurotus eryngii mashroom cultivation.The best suitable medium for Pleurotus eryngii mushroom cultivation was filtered out.The results showed that in cultivating stages,Pleurotus eryngii mushroom grew faster in formula 3 and formula 6,with the fastest speed of 0.455 cm/d,which is 0.056 cm/d faster than the control group.However,it grew most slowly in formula 2,with the speed of 0.325 cm/d.In the forming stage,Pleurotus eryngii mushroom formed fastest in formula 3 and formula 6.Biological conversion efficiency was highest in formula 6,reaching 103.13%.Compared with the controlled groups,it was 20.88% higher;it grew lowest in formula 4,the conversion rate being merely 51.60%.
