近年我国城市建筑拆除产生大量废旧建筑材料，因难以回收利用而被填埋处理，也由此引发一系列诸如环境污染、资源浪费、占用土地的危害。废旧材料循环利用可避免不必要的生产过程，从源头上降低建筑材料产业的温室气体排放。目前国际前沿的建筑拆解技术可以替代建筑拆毁方式，是以最大限度回收利用材料为目标的系统化建筑拆除。通过制定细致严格的拆解计划可以保证项目的顺利实施，不断提高材料利用率，使建筑拆解获得良好的环境、经济和社会效益。而碳排放权交易的实施将相除各种障碍，为废旧建筑材料拓展一条低碳发展之路。

The demolition of buildings in our cities produces enormous amounts of debris that could not be reclaimed and resuits in pollution of environment, waste of resources and occupation of land. The recycling of used building materials reduces carbon dioxide release of building material industry through the avoidance of unnecessary manufacture. At present building deconstruction is emerging as an alternative to demolition around the world ,which is the systematic disassembly of buildings in order to maximize recovered materials＇ reuse and recycling. An strict and careful deconstruction planning en- sures the project＇ good realization. Deconstruction could achieve environmental benefit from the high ratio of materials use. And carbon emissions trading will overcome the obstacles and exploit a road to low carbon development of used building materials.
