构建统筹城乡视角双向流动的商贸流通体系成为中国城乡协调发展中迫切需要解决的问题。文章在对商贸流通理论回顾和城乡商贸流通体系状态评价的基础上,从规模报酬视角分析统筹城乡商贸流通体系的约束条件,提出应通过城镇化建设、鼓励商贸流通主体兼并、连锁经营和制度支持体系变革等途径,为构建统筹城乡的商贸流通体系创造条件。
構建統籌城鄉視角雙嚮流動的商貿流通體繫成為中國城鄉協調髮展中迫切需要解決的問題。文章在對商貿流通理論迴顧和城鄉商貿流通體繫狀態評價的基礎上,從規模報酬視角分析統籌城鄉商貿流通體繫的約束條件,提齣應通過城鎮化建設、鼓勵商貿流通主體兼併、連鎖經營和製度支持體繫變革等途徑,為構建統籌城鄉的商貿流通體繫創造條件。

The establishment of two-way of urban and rural commerce circulating system is becoming an urgent problem of coordinated development of China＇s urban and rural areas.On the basis of review of urban and rural commerce circulation theories,as well as evaluation of urban and rural status,it analyses the constraints of urban and rural commerce circulating system,and then proposes appropriate path selections.Then it argues that we should provide conditions for urban and rural commerce circulating system through constructions of urbanization,the merger of the main parts of commerce circulation,chain-store operations and the changes of institutional support system.
