采用DARTFISH Prosuite5.0运动技术分析软件,从运动学角度解析中外散打运动员在不同条件下完成转身后蹬腿动作各技术环节的时间差异。结果显示:我国运动员与俄罗斯优秀运动员穆斯利姆转身后蹬腿技术差距较显著,在捕捉战机、收腿站立阶段差距非常显著(P〈0.01),在蹬击阶段差距显著(P〈0.05)。主要原因:我国运动员攻击距离过大,收腿落地意识差。建议:在训练和比赛中强化收腿意识、衔接攻守动作等。

Using the software of DARTFISH Prosuite 5.0, the present paper analyzed the time differences of some Chinese and international Sanda players in accomplishing the various techniques of the spinning heel kick under different conditions. The results showed that there existed significant differences in the technique of spinning heel kick between Chinese players and Russian players. The differences were quite remarkable especially in aspects of opportunity catching and leg recovering and standing up (P 〈0.01 ), and also significant in the phase of kicking (P 〈 0.05 ). The main reasons may be as follows: Chinese players have longer attacking distance and weaker awareness of feet recovering and touchdown. It proposed relevant strategies for improvement in future trainings and competitions, such as strengthening leg recorering consciousness, connecting attack and defense, etc..
