目的:通过模拟热环境下有氧踏板健美操实验,分析女学员人体成分指标,评价减肥锻炼效果和效率。方法:对某军校女学员进行体型和人体成分测试,筛取体型超标者作为受试对象,经配对分为实验组(热环境健美操组)和对照组(普通锻炼组)。实验组进行热环境踏板健美操锻炼,每周3次,每次80min,共15次。对照组参加军校日常体育锻炼。结果:锻炼后实验组的体重、脂肪重和体脂%,分别下降了2.8kg、2.89k和3.36%(P〈0.001)。对照组变化不明显。结论:热环境踏板健美操锻炼减肥效果显著。

목적:통과모의열배경하유양답판건미조실험,분석녀학원인체성분지표,평개감비단련효과화효솔。방법:대모군교녀학원진행체형화인체성분측시,사취체형초표자작위수시대상,경배대분위실험조(열배경건미조조)화대조조(보통단련조)。실험조진행열배경답판건미조단련,매주3차,매차80min,공15차。대조조삼가군교일상체육단련。결과:단련후실험조적체중、지방중화체지%,분별하강료2.8kg、2.89k화3.36%(P〈0.001)。대조조변화불명현。결론:열배경답판건미조단련감비효과현저。
Objective : Through the experiment of step aerobics in a simulated hot circumstance, the present paper aims to analyze the body composition indexes of female students and evaluate the effect of aerobic exercises on weight loss. Method: The body shape and composition were measured of female students from a military university and then from them overweight students were chosen and divided into the experimental group ( aerobic group in hot environment) and the control group (ordinary training group ) based on the statistics matching. The experimental group performed step aerobic exercises in hot environment three times a week, each time 80 minutes for 15 times. The control group conducted routine exercises of the university. Results: The body weight, body fat and fat percentage of the experimental group dropped by 2.8 g, 2.89 g and 3.36 g ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The control group didn' t show significant change. Conclusion: Step aerobic exercises in hot environment have significant effect on weight loss.
