森林具有的碳汇功能决定了林业具有特殊地位。在分析＂后京都时代＂森林碳汇问题及鄱阳湖生态经济区森林碳汇的基础之上,文章结合鄱阳湖生态经济区林业发展现状及发展规划,运用森林碳汇计量方法——森林蓄积量扩展法,计算鄱阳湖生态经济区过去和现在的碳储量,对鄱阳湖生态经济区森林碳汇潜力进行了量化分析。结果表明,鄱阳湖生态经济区现有森林碳储量为409.676×106吨,2020年碳储量为1218.525×106吨,碳汇潜力为808.849×106吨,潜力巨大。

The carbon sink function of forests decides forestry having a special status.This paper analyzes the forest carbon sinks in the ＂Post-Kyoto Times＂ and the Poyang lake eco-economic area,based on the above analysis,this paper combines with the forestry development and development planning in the Poyang lake eco-economic area,using the quantitative methods of forest carbon sinks-forests volume expansion method,to calculate the carbon sinks in the past and present in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,and having a quantitative analysis on the carbon sequestration potential of Poyang lake eco-economic area for the first time.The results show ： the existing forest carbon reserves is 409.676×106 t in Poyang lake eco-economic area,the forest carbon sequestration potential is 1218.525×106 t in 2020,the forest carbon sink potential is enormous
