通过对大量文献的梳理，总结了权力的本质特征是一个行为者或机构影响其他行为者或机构的态度和行为的能力；根据权力主体、客体、来源和表现形式等方面的不同，把权力理论分为国际权力理论、国家权力理论、公共权力理论、组织权力理论和个人权力理论五个方面，并分别对五种权力理论进行了总结；分析了五种权力理论之间的联系；探索了各个权力理论的进一步研究方向。
通過對大量文獻的梳理，總結瞭權力的本質特徵是一箇行為者或機構影響其他行為者或機構的態度和行為的能力；根據權力主體、客體、來源和錶現形式等方麵的不同，把權力理論分為國際權力理論、國傢權力理論、公共權力理論、組織權力理論和箇人權力理論五箇方麵，併分彆對五種權力理論進行瞭總結；分析瞭五種權力理論之間的聯繫；探索瞭各箇權力理論的進一步研究方嚮。

Power is very mysterious in China since remotest. The majority of people think power is political trickery under the politics rule of men. Otherwise the study on power in western country is deeper compared with it in China. By summarizing abundant literatures, different definitions of power from different scholars are induced in this paper. Power＇ s essential character is that power is the ability of an actor or organization＇ s influencing on other actor or organization. According to power＇ s the difference of power＇ s subject, object, source and representation, power theory is divided into 5 kinds, including international power theory, national power theory, public power theory, organization power theory, and personal power theory. These 5 kinds power theory is analyzed respectively. The connection among these 5 kinds power theory is pointed out and further research area of every kind power theory is probed too.
