本文建立了一个由多个供应商和多个零售商组成的供应链网络动态模型,利用定量手段刻画了制造商与制造商间、零售商与零售商间博弈的动态行为过程;通过制造商和零售商提供的服务水平以及产品的零售价格较为贴切的刻画消费者的选择偏好;充分考虑了需求随机产生的库存以及缺货情况;并在单调性条件下利用动态投影系统的相关理论分析了模型的稳定性。最后,通过算例验证了模型的合理性。

Supply chain networks have been a major research subject in the last few years,drawing strong interest from both industry and academia.The majority of supply chain network research has adopted the theory of finite-dimensional variational inequality to analyze interactions among the supply chain agents from a macroscopic perspective.This theory is pertinent to modeling supply chain networks.The research of variational inequality is mainly concerned with algorithms for computing solutions and qualitative properties,such as describing conditions that guarantee the uniqueness of a solution.The theory of variational inequality is static in scope.Consequently,this theory cannot effectively address the underlying dynamic behavior of supply chain networks.The projected dynamical systems(PDS) theory is as powerful as variational inequality theory for analysis of equilibrium problems.Furthermore,the right-hand side of the projected dynamical system is a discontinuous projection operator.This characteristic makes it possible to solve the equilibrium problem with constraints in a dynamical framework.Hence,we establish a dynamical supply chain network model with multi-manufacturers and multi-retailers using the projected dynamical systems theory.The established model can further analyze the underlying dynamic behavior of each agent in this model.The construction of our model is based on the assumption that the manufactured products are homogeneous and customer service levels behave irregularly.Manufacturers charge retailers the wholesale price for their products while providing services to end customers.The service in this study represents all forms of demand-boosting efforts,such as after-sale service.We use the projected dynamical systems theory to establish a dynamical model for manufacturers based on the adjusting process proposed by Nagurney and Zhang.This model is constructed based on the assumption that the functions of production cost,transaction cost,and service cost for all manufacturers are continuous and distinctly different.The economic interpretations of the constructed projected dynamical systems are also explained.We establish another dynamical model for retailers.This model is constructed based on the assumption that retailers compete not only on price but also on service in the end market.Consumer's utility derived from the purchase of products can be improved along with the increase in service levels provided by manufacturers and retailers.However,consumer's utility can decrease along with the price increase at retailers.For the purposes of this study,the logit model is easily managed.We therefore employ this model to study problems associated with stochastic choice in the demand market.The dynamic model can be constructed according to the expected profit functions for both manufacturers and retailers.A dynamic model is established to help construct supply chain networks for both manufacturers and retailers.This study also analyzes the stability and rationality of our proposed model under the monotone condition.Quantitative data are used to verify the analysis results.
