一种货币国际化主要是市场选择的必然结果,主权货币国际化应视自身情况而定,是国内与国际市场选择的结果,而不完全是一种政府行为。人民币国际化在实现步骤上不存在固定的模式可供借鉴,也不存在一定按照已有的理论分析、推理来发展的结局。人民币在迈向国际化的进程中,有其基本条件和客观规律,我们应当找出规律,把握机遇,正确引导,逐步推动人民币朝着国际化方向迈进。我们既不能否认人民币国际化的现实,也不能刻意去夸大人民币国际化的地位,要实事求是,公正客观。

The internationalization of a kind of money is mainly the inevitable result of the market choice.The internationalization of sovereign money should be determined according to its own condition.It is the result of the market choice both at home and aboard,but not completely a kind of government deed.In the realizing procedure of RMB internationalization,there exists no fixed model that can be learned from,nor exists the developed result obtained by the analysis and inference according to the existed theory.In the course where RMB is going to the internationalization,there is its basic condition and objective rule;we should find out its rule,grasp opportunity,directly guide and gradually promote it to march forward to the internationalization.We can not deny the reality of the RMB internalization,nor sedulously exaggerate the place of RMB internationalization;but should fairly and objectively seek truth from facts.
