目的:探讨振动刺激对大鼠废用性比目鱼肌萎缩的影响作用。方法:将40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(A)、振动组(B)、悬吊组(C)、自然恢复组(D)等4组。悬吊14 d后,取C组大鼠比目鱼肌称其湿重,振动刺激训练4周后取其余3组大鼠比目鱼肌称其湿重,比较4组湿重体重比。并对大鼠比目鱼肌Ⅰ、Ⅱ型肌纤维比例、平均横截面积(CSA)进行定量分析。结果:与A组相比,C组湿重体重比明显减小,Ⅰ型纤维比例减少而Ⅱ型纤维比例增加(P〈0.05)。BD组湿重体重比、Ⅰ型平均横截面积高于C组,B组Ⅰ型肌纤维的比例高于C组(P〈0.05)。结论振动刺激能有效地对抗悬吊引起的大鼠比目鱼肌废用性萎缩。

목적:탐토진동자격대대서폐용성비목어기위축적영향작용。방법:장40지자성SD대서수궤분위대조조(A)、진동조(B)、현조조(C)、자연회복조(D)등4조。현조14 d후,취C조대서비목어기칭기습중,진동자격훈련4주후취기여3조대서비목어기칭기습중,비교4조습중체중비。병대대서비목어기Ⅰ、Ⅱ형기섬유비례、평균횡절면적(CSA)진행정량분석。결과:여A조상비,C조습중체중비명현감소,Ⅰ형섬유비례감소이Ⅱ형섬유비례증가(P〈0.05)。BD조습중체중비、Ⅰ형평균횡절면적고우C조,B조Ⅰ형기섬유적비례고우C조(P〈0.05)。결론진동자격능유효지대항현조인기적대서비목어기폐용성위축。
Objective: to study counteracting effects of vibration stimulate skeletal muscle disuse atrophy(SMDA) in rats soleus muscles.Methods: 40 Female SD rats were assigned randomly to one of the four groups:simultaneous control(A),suspension plus vibration stimulate(B),suspension(C),and suspension control(D).Soleus muscles were examined 14 days later.Sections were treated with mATPase stain.The cross-sectional areas(CSA)of fibers,the relative proportion of types I and II were measured using Leica image analysis system.Results: Compared with those of group A,the wet weight/body of soleus in group C were significantly reduced,while the relative proportion of type I fibers was reduced and type II fibers increased.Compared with group C,the wet weight/body of soleus recovered completely in group BD,and the CSA of type I fibers recovered partly in group B.The relative proportion of type I fibers recovered in group B(P0.05).Conclusion: The present study showed that VS is effective in counteracting the muscular atrophy of disuse induced by simulated weightlessness.
