目的:探讨有氧练习、力量练习和柔韧性练习三者综合干预对于下腰痛患者的康复作用。方法:把20名下腰痛患者分为运动干预组10名(进行12周有氧练习、力量练习和柔韧性练习的综合运动干预)和下腰痛对照组10名。另外选取10名正常人作为为正常对照组。分别于实验前后测量受试者的下腰痛疼痛指数,日常社会生活活动能力指数,腰部柔韧性,身体成分,腰部屈伸肌等速肌力。结果:12周运动干预后,运动干预组的VAS和OSW指数均显著性下降;运动干预组瘦体重、坐位体前屈、躯体伸展性显著上升,体脂百分比显著下降;运动干预组组伸肌向心峰力矩/体重显著升高,并且与下腰痛对照组相比也有了显著性增加,运动干预组组伸肌向心屈肌/伸肌峰力矩比值显著性提高。结论:12周有氧运动、力量训练和柔韧性练习的综合干预可以有效地改善下腰痛患者的疼痛程度,日常生活能力,身体成分,腰部柔韧性和腰部力量。本运动处方对于下腰痛具有显著的疗效。
目的:探討有氧練習、力量練習和柔韌性練習三者綜閤榦預對于下腰痛患者的康複作用。方法:把20名下腰痛患者分為運動榦預組10名(進行12週有氧練習、力量練習和柔韌性練習的綜閤運動榦預)和下腰痛對照組10名。另外選取10名正常人作為為正常對照組。分彆于實驗前後測量受試者的下腰痛疼痛指數,日常社會生活活動能力指數,腰部柔韌性,身體成分,腰部屈伸肌等速肌力。結果:12週運動榦預後,運動榦預組的VAS和OSW指數均顯著性下降;運動榦預組瘦體重、坐位體前屈、軀體伸展性顯著上升,體脂百分比顯著下降;運動榦預組組伸肌嚮心峰力矩/體重顯著升高,併且與下腰痛對照組相比也有瞭顯著性增加,運動榦預組組伸肌嚮心屈肌/伸肌峰力矩比值顯著性提高。結論:12週有氧運動、力量訓練和柔韌性練習的綜閤榦預可以有效地改善下腰痛患者的疼痛程度,日常生活能力,身體成分,腰部柔韌性和腰部力量。本運動處方對于下腰痛具有顯著的療效。
목적:탐토유양연습、역량연습화유인성연습삼자종합간예대우하요통환자적강복작용。방법:파20명하요통환자분위운동간예조10명(진행12주유양연습、역량연습화유인성연습적종합운동간예)화하요통대조조10명。령외선취10명정상인작위위정상대조조。분별우실험전후측량수시자적하요통동통지수,일상사회생활활동능력지수,요부유인성,신체성분,요부굴신기등속기력。결과:12주운동간예후,운동간예조적VAS화OSW지수균현저성하강;운동간예조수체중、좌위체전굴、구체신전성현저상승,체지백분비현저하강;운동간예조조신기향심봉력구/체중현저승고,병차여하요통대조조상비야유료현저성증가,운동간예조조신기향심굴기/신기봉력구비치현저성제고。결론:12주유양운동、역량훈련화유인성연습적종합간예가이유효지개선하요통환자적동통정도,일상생활능력,신체성분,요부유인성화요부역량。본운동처방대우하요통구유현저적료효。
Purpose:to investigate the effect of the combination of aerobic exercise,strength exercise and flexible exercise on pain degree,physiological fitness variables and isokinetic muscle strength in female patients with low back pain.Methods: twenty low-back pain patients were assigned to an exercise group of low-back pain and control group of low-back pain.Ten health volunteers were assigned to the control group.The exercise group must do the combination exercise regimen for 12 weeks.The variables measured were VAS rating scale,OSW rating scale,flexibility,body composition and isokinetic muscle power before and after the test.Result: After 12 weeks strength training the VAS score showed a significant decrease in the exercise group as well as OSW score.The exercise group had a significantly increased lean body mass,flexibility,PT/BW of extensor,F/E of extensor and reduced body fat.Conclusion:12 weeks combination exercise can improve pain state,activity of daily living,body composition,waist flexibility and isokinetic muscle power in female low-back pain patients.
