The endogenous motive of grassroots party organizations and party members derive from ＂let party members be masters in the party.＂ It is the perpetual theme which a Marxist party pursues and that is democracy.Its restrictions are mainly historical traditions,imperfect systems in the party and the lack of quality of party members themselves.To motivate endogenous motive,efforts should be made from many aspects such as promoting democracy in the party and guaranteeing the rights of party members;perfecting the party＇s congress system and better displaying its role;strengthening the quality and self-cultivation of party members and promoting their subjective capacity.
