本文运用勒温场心理学等理论分析了影响地方高校教师科研发展的相关因素。个体科研动力、科研投入和创新能力是影响地方高校教师科研发展的三大主要因素,创新能力不足是当前制约地方高校教师科研发展的最突出的问题。学术风气、团队合作、科研政策等组织软硬环境是影响地方高校教师科研发展的关键性环境因素。

This paper has applied Lewin′s field theory and analyzed relevant factors affecting the research development of teachers in the local colleges.The results show individual research power,research investment and innovation ability are three main factors affecting the research development of teachers in the local colleges.The prominent problem affecting the research development of teachers in the local colleges is lack of innovation ability.The crucial environmental factors affecting the research development of teachers in the local colleges are academic atmosphere,teamwork and research policy.
