采用文献法、调查法,对粤北山区农村学校体育师资队伍状况进行调查研究,调查结果表明：山区农村学校体育师资匮乏,且在学历、职称等方面难达标等.针对这些问题,提出教育主管部门要尊重客观现实,立足本地,提供优惠政策,建立专项基金,扶贫援教等发展思路,以期能使山区农村学校体育师资问题尽快妥善解决.
採用文獻法、調查法,對粵北山區農村學校體育師資隊伍狀況進行調查研究,調查結果錶明：山區農村學校體育師資匱乏,且在學歷、職稱等方麵難達標等.針對這些問題,提齣教育主管部門要尊重客觀現實,立足本地,提供優惠政策,建立專項基金,扶貧援教等髮展思路,以期能使山區農村學校體育師資問題儘快妥善解決.

By investigation,the construction of the rural P.E teachers in the mountain area in the north of Guangdong Province is studied.the result shows the number of P.E teachers is wanted,the qualifications and titles are unable to standard.The author suggests that in order to solve the problem of P.E teachers of mountain area as fast as possible,the administrations of education must local and respect the objective reality,provide the concession policy,establish a special fund,and support the poor and the education.
