笔者以创新区域协调发展理论为目的，以认识传统梯度理论之梯度概念为突破口，整合区域经济理论，构建广义梯度理论，界说广义梯度范畴的内涵，提出了区域广义梯度评价指标体系，将区域广义梯度分解为自然要素梯度系统、经济梯度系统、社会梯度系统、人力资源梯度系统、生态环境梯度系统、制度梯度系统6个一级指标，且将一级指标细分为24项二级指标和92项三级具体指标。
筆者以創新區域協調髮展理論為目的，以認識傳統梯度理論之梯度概唸為突破口，整閤區域經濟理論，構建廣義梯度理論，界說廣義梯度範疇的內涵，提齣瞭區域廣義梯度評價指標體繫，將區域廣義梯度分解為自然要素梯度繫統、經濟梯度繫統、社會梯度繫統、人力資源梯度繫統、生態環境梯度繫統、製度梯度繫統6箇一級指標，且將一級指標細分為24項二級指標和92項三級具體指標。
필자이창신구역협조발전이론위목적，이인식전통제도이론지제도개념위돌파구，정합구역경제이론，구건엄의제도이론，계설엄의제도범주적내함，제출료구역엄의제도평개지표체계，장구역엄의제도분해위자연요소제도계통、경제제도계통、사회제도계통、인력자원제도계통、생태배경제도계통、제도제도계통6개일급지표，차장일급지표세분위24항이급지표화92항삼급구체지표。
Based on the understanding of the Grader--Step theory, this text focused our aim on the Generalized-Gradient theory for regional coordinative development and the intension of the Generalized-Gradient, and also set up the indicator system of regional Generalized-Gradient with 4 hierarchy, 6 system, 24 subentry indication and 92 concrete indication. The Gradient theory is based on graded distribution of economic developmental level, but the Generalized- Gradient expands graded distribution to natural resources, economy, society, human resource, ecological environment, and institution.
