从微观企业角度出发，对我国政府的贸易促进措施与中小企业出口绩效之间的关系进行实证分析。研究发现，出口退税有助于提高中小企业的出口绩效，出口退税额增加1％会使中小企业出口额增加0．058％；政府补助与中小企业出口绩效之间并没有显著的相关关系。此外，中小企业出口绩效随着企业规模增加而增长，电子和纺织行业中小企业的出口绩效要明显高于其他行业，研发费用投入较高的企业出口绩效却相对较差等。

This paper intends to make an empirical study on the relationship between the Chinese government＇s trade pro- motion measures and SMEs＇ export performance from the perspective of micro - enterprises. It is suggested that export tax rebates help improve the export performance of SMEs in that 1% increase in export tax rebates will bring 0.058% increase in export for SMEs, and that government grants are unrelated to the export performance of SMEs. In addition, the study proves that SMEs＇ ex- port increases along with the growth of enterprises, that electronics and textile industries export much more than other industries, and that enterprises with higher R ＆ D investment export less.
