江苏省正处于工业化中期向后期转变的过渡阶段,但是资源相对匮乏、环境负荷过重已成为制约经济社会可持续发展的瓶颈。江苏省应抓住经济发展机遇,以循环经济理念推动产业结构优化升级,调整产业空间布局,加快推动经济发展方式转变,以实现经济、社会和环境的可持续发展。
江囌省正處于工業化中期嚮後期轉變的過渡階段,但是資源相對匱乏、環境負荷過重已成為製約經濟社會可持續髮展的瓶頸。江囌省應抓住經濟髮展機遇,以循環經濟理唸推動產業結構優化升級,調整產業空間佈跼,加快推動經濟髮展方式轉變,以實現經濟、社會和環境的可持續髮展。
강소성정처우공업화중기향후기전변적과도계단,단시자원상대궤핍、배경부하과중이성위제약경제사회가지속발전적병경。강소성응조주경제발전궤우,이순배경제이념추동산업결구우화승급,조정산업공간포국,가쾌추동경제발전방식전변,이실현경제、사회화배경적가지속발전。
Jiangsu Province is in the interim from the middle to the later stage of its industrialization,but its resources are relatively scarce and the environment is overloaded,which has restricted its sustainable economic and social development.Jiangsu Province should seize the economic development opportunities to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure according to the circular economy concept,adjust the industrial spatial layout and accelerate the transformation of the economic development mode,so that it can achieve sustainable economic,social and environmental development.
