社会代理机构为我国政府采购的发展作出了贡献,但也存在不少问题,且这些问题很难根治。为完善我国的政府采购制度,打造真正的＂阳光采购＂,必须大力发展集中采购机构,取消社会代理机构,促进社会代理机构向咨询性中介机构转变。

사회대리궤구위아국정부채구적발전작출료공헌,단야존재불소문제,차저사문제흔난근치。위완선아국적정부채구제도,타조진정적＂양광채구＂,필수대력발전집중채구궤구,취소사회대리궤구,촉진사회대리궤구향자순성중개궤구전변。
Although the social agencies for government procurement have made great contribution to our government procurement,they still causes some incurable problems.In order to perfect the government procurement system and to form the ＂sunshine procurement＂,policies should be made to promote the establishment of centralization procurement and to cancel the social agencies for government procurement and to accelerate the transformation of social agencies to advisory intermediate bodies.
