从人物的角度时一门学科开展研究是值得提倡的研究方法,《开放教育研究》“高阶访谈”栏目正是这种方法的一种体现。人物访谈的特点是从问题出发汇聚学者的智慧,而我们能从中获取多少有意义的启示,则需进一步挖掘。通过以文献研究为方法,对18篇访谈文章内容围绕远程教育理论的发展主线、远程教育实践的两个主要命题,对远程教育研究的热点问题做了一些梳理,针对专家的观点形成了一些思考。研究得出,独立学习和交互距离理论是远程教育的教学理论框架,可以成为远程教育理论的一条发展主线,工业化理论是远程教育系统的组织理论框架,两者可以整合为一个完整的远程教育理论体系;远程教育具有多学科、跨学科的“实践性”驱动研究的特点,开放大学的本质特点是能随时为成人提供灵活的、高质量的教育机会,质的提升和量的扩张是远程教育相互依存的两个命题,希望能对中国远程教育的发展有一点启示。

Interviewing reputed scholars in a field of study is considered as a valuable research method, which is exemplified by High-level Interview Column of Open Education Research. These interviews center on research questions and try to pooling the wisdom of the experts, but they still need further tapping in order for us to get more inspirations. Using literature research methods, this study analyzes 18 interview papers with the main focus on the development of distance education in its theory and practice and some hot issues in the field, and then draws some conclusions based on a revision of the views of the experts. The research indicates that the theories of Independent Learning and Transactional Distance are the theoretical framework of Distance Education and that they can be one of tile development mainlines of Distance Education. Theory of Industrialization is the organization theory framework of Distance Education systems. Both of them can be integrated into a complete Distance Education theories system. Distance Education is characterized as muhidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and its research is driven by practice. The essential characteristics of open university lie in providing adults anytime with flexible and high quality education opportunities. Therefore, its quality improvement and quantity expansion are two interdependent propositions of distance education research. We hope this study can give some inspiration for the development of China distance education.
