当前,军队院校教育转型面临着环境的急剧变化,这些变化给军队院校的发展带来了诸多新挑战。军队院校体系结构方面,学历教育院校偏多,规模办学受限;军队院校国际化方面,要求办学有开放理念,培养人才要有＂开放培养＂的观念;人才培养模式方面,要有针对性和实效性地对不同层次、不同岗位、不同背景的培养对象采取不同的培养模式。

The educational transformation of military academies has been experiencing sharp environmental changes,which have brought lots of new challenges to the development of the academies.There are too many formal educational academies to constrain the educational scale in the formal education.On the internationalization of military academies aspect,it calls for an ＂open-idea＂ in school-running and personnel training;on the training mode aspect,it advocates to use different training modes to cultivate students from different levels,positions and backgrounds with certain pertinence and effectiveness.
