生态补偿机制是当前国内外迅速推进的热点领域,采取不同的生态补偿政策来改善环境、平衡区域发展、促进经济社会和谐进步是我国城市化进程中的必然选择。文章简述了近年来北京山区生态公益林补偿机制和生态效益促进发展机制实践,分析了森林生态效益补偿机制应用经验与存在的问题,提出了相应对策建议。

The ecological compensation mechanism is the rapid advance of the hot spots in the domestic and foreign,to take a different ecological compensation policies to improve the environment,balanced regional development,promote social harmony and economic progress in China＇s urbanization process is the inevitable choice.This paper briefly the recent Beijing commercial forests and ecological benefit compensation mechanism for the development of practical mechanisms to analyze the compensation mechanism of forest ecological benefits and problems of application experience,made appropriate recommendations.
