从人力资源管理扮演的角色观点来探讨人力资源管理的成效,称之为人力资源管理角色效能。在众多任务及角色中,人力资源部门可通过外包减少成本与负担,将焦点放在核心功能上。通过对人力资源外包理论和实证的探讨,得出将人力资源活动外包后,有助于提升运营性及战略性人力资源管理角色效能的结论。

This study analyzes the effectiveness of human resource management by investigating the role HR management has played.This will be called ＂Role Effectiveness of Human Resource Management＂.Among the multiple roles and tasks,outsourcing is a good strategy to reduce cost and burdens and to focus on core values.The result suggests that human resource outsourcing is helpful to raising the effectiveness of strategic and operational human resource management roles.
