假定发展中国家同时进行自主创新和国外技术模仿,运用学习模型分析框架,探讨技术模仿、技术差距、自主创新对发展中国家技术进步的影响。理论分析表明,当发展中国家与发达国家的技术水平差距较大时,发展中国家主要采用技术模仿来缩小与发达国家间的差距。但随着技术差距不断缩小,发展中国家在技术引进的基础上,采用“干中学”向“干中学加工”的转换模式,形成自主创新体系。本文运用1990-2008年中关时间序列数据,实证检验了技术模仿、自主创新与技术进步间的关系。发现技术模仿和自主创新的加强是促进我国技术进步的重要变量,而技术差距对我国技术进步具有负面影响。
假定髮展中國傢同時進行自主創新和國外技術模倣,運用學習模型分析框架,探討技術模倣、技術差距、自主創新對髮展中國傢技術進步的影響。理論分析錶明,噹髮展中國傢與髮達國傢的技術水平差距較大時,髮展中國傢主要採用技術模倣來縮小與髮達國傢間的差距。但隨著技術差距不斷縮小,髮展中國傢在技術引進的基礎上,採用“榦中學”嚮“榦中學加工”的轉換模式,形成自主創新體繫。本文運用1990-2008年中關時間序列數據,實證檢驗瞭技術模倣、自主創新與技術進步間的關繫。髮現技術模倣和自主創新的加彊是促進我國技術進步的重要變量,而技術差距對我國技術進步具有負麵影響。

According to the macro stability group structure model analysis framework, the paper assumps that developing countries have been carried out in- dependent innovation and imitation technology from abroad , and probes into the influence of developing countries conducting technology imitation, technology gap and independent innovation. Theoretical analysis shows the developing countries mainly adopts independent innovation to narrow the gap with the developed coun- tries when the gap of developing countries and developed countries are grow- ing. With the technology gap of developing countries and developed countries narro- wing, developing countries should introduce technology from abroad on the basis of "learning by doing" to "learning by doing and processing" to form their own in- dustrial technology innovation system. This paper uses China and America's data from 1990~2008 on the basis of the empirical test, discussing the relationship of the technology innovation, independent innovation and technical progress.
