目的:观察拳击运动员补充不同剂量牛磺酸对红细胞ATP酶活性的影响。方法:采用4×4拉丁方设计将23名男子拳击运动员随机分为四组,进行四个剂量水平(A:400 mg/d、B:800 mg/d、C:1200 mg/d、D:1 600 mg/d)与四周期(每周期3 d)的牛磺酸补充;用比色法检测红细胞Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶、总ATP酶活性及血清MDA浓度。结果:与A、B剂量相比,补充C、D剂量的牛磺酸能显著提高ATP酶活性(P〈0.05)及显著降低血清MDA浓度;Na+-K+-ATP酶活性C高于D剂量组(P〉0.05),Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性D高于C剂量组(P〉0.05)。根据运动员运动成绩分组比较表明,补充不同剂量牛磺酸后,优秀组与普通组间ATP酶活性无显著性差异(P〉0.05);优秀运动员Na+-K+-ATP酶活性C剂量组显著高于D剂量组(P〈0.05)。结论:拳击运动员牛磺酸的适宜补充剂量为1 200 mg/d;每天1 600 mg补充剂量可能有过度清除体内自由基的不利效应。

목적:관찰권격운동원보충불동제량우광산대홍세포ATP매활성적영향。방법:채용4×4랍정방설계장23명남자권격운동원수궤분위사조,진행사개제량수평(A:400 mg/d、B:800 mg/d、C:1200 mg/d、D:1 600 mg/d)여사주기(매주기3 d)적우광산보충;용비색법검측홍세포Na+-K+-ATP매、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP매、총ATP매활성급혈청MDA농도。결과:여A、B제량상비,보충C、D제량적우광산능현저제고ATP매활성(P〈0.05)급현저강저혈청MDA농도;Na+-K+-ATP매활성C고우D제량조(P〉0.05),Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP매활성D고우C제량조(P〉0.05)。근거운동원운동성적분조비교표명,보충불동제량우광산후,우수조여보통조간ATP매활성무현저성차이(P〉0.05);우수운동원Na+-K+-ATP매활성C제량조현저고우D제량조(P〈0.05)。결론:권격운동원우광산적괄의보충제량위1 200 mg/d;매천1 600 mg보충제량가능유과도청제체내자유기적불리효응。
Objective: to investigate the effect of different doses of taurine supplementing on ATPase.Method: According to the 4×4 randomly Latin square matrix,23 male amateur boxers were randomly distributed to four groups.The experiment was divided into four periods(three days per period).During the experiment,subjects took the four doses of taurine(A:400 mg/d、B:800 mg/d、C:1 200 mg/d、D:1 600 mg/d) randomly.Erythrocytic Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase and total ATPase activities were determined by colorimetry.Result: Supplementing C and D doses of taurine can significantly rise ATPase activities and descend MDA concentration comparing with doses of A and B(P0.05).But Na+K+-ATPase activities of C dose was higher than D,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activities of C dose was lower than D.All the athletes were redivided into excellent and ordinary group according to sport achievement.We found that there was no statistical differences in ATPase between the two groups(P0.05).Na+-K+-ATPase of C dose were markedly higher than D dose in excellent group(P0.05).Conclusion:Supplementing 1200mg taurine everyday is more suitable for the boxing athletes;1 600 mg taurine may have bad effects on body for excessively eliminating free radical.
