目的：通过检测Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血液生化指标和心肺功能的变化,探讨中等强度有氧运动和抗阻运动混合运动处方对Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效的影响。方法：将己确诊的100例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分成实脸组和对照组,在同等条件下,对实脸组的患者辅以为期1年的内养功、木兰拳、太极拳等以中等强度有氧运动和以45%~60%的抗阻运动为主的运动处方治疗。结果：实验组患者的体脂百分比下降、腰臀比减小、脂肪肝改善、血压下降;血红蛋白、血脂以及心肺功能等指标在实脸前后有明显的改变,组间和组内都有显著性变化。表明系统、长期参加运动锻炼,可增强机体的代谢水平,起到减肥、降脂、降压的作用,并能有效防治糖尿病的并发症。
목적：통과검측Ⅱ형당뇨병환자혈액생화지표화심폐공능적변화,탐토중등강도유양운동화항조운동혼합운동처방대Ⅱ형당뇨병료효적영향。방법：장기학진적100례Ⅱ형당뇨병환자수궤분성실검조화대조조,재동등조건하,대실검조적환자보이위기1년적내양공、목란권、태겁권등이중등강도유양운동화이45%~60%적항조운동위주적운동처방치료。결과：실험조환자적체지백분비하강、요둔비감소、지방간개선、혈압하강;혈홍단백、혈지이급심폐공능등지표재실검전후유명현적개변,조간화조내도유현저성변화。표명계통、장기삼가운동단련,가증강궤체적대사수평,기도감비、강지、강압적작용,병능유효방치당뇨병적병발증。
Objective： To find out the effect of mid-intense aerobic kinesitherapy on type Ⅱ diabetics＇ blood biochemical and the function of hearts and lung changes.Methods： Randomly dividing 45 confirmed type Ⅱ diabetics into control and subject groups,and in identical conditions,strictly applying exercise prescription for one year to subject group.Results： The body fat percentage,waist over hips ratio（W/H） and blood pressure of the subjects reduced with improvement of fatty liver condition and the glyco-hemoglobin and blood lipids indicators changed apparently before and the function hearts and lung after the experiment,with significant difference within the subject group and between the subject and control groups respectively.Conclusion： Systematical and long-term exercise can help to improve blood sugar profile,enhance body metabolism,reduce body fat,blood lipids and blood pressure,and effectively prevent the complications of type Ⅱ diabetes.
