用测试法对山东青年男篮备战2010赛季青年联赛集训前后队员的身体素质进行对比分析。结果表明:集训后队员的身体素质方面有较大提高,集训成果在比赛中得到有效体现,但队员的力量素质还有待提高,整体的防守配合与联赛前三名球队的差距还比较明显,个人的防守技术也有待提高。

용측시법대산동청년남람비전2010새계청년련새집훈전후대원적신체소질진행대비분석。결과표명:집훈후대원적신체소질방면유교대제고,집훈성과재비새중득도유효체현,단대원적역량소질환유대제고,정체적방수배합여련새전삼명구대적차거환비교명현,개인적방수기술야유대제고。
The test method of preparing for the 2010 Youth Basketball League season,Shandong youth team members before and after physical training were compared with mathematical statistics.The results showed that after training,the physical aspects of the team have been greatly improved,training results were effectively reflected.But the team's strength quality should be improved,the overall defense needs to be improved,the gap with league top three teams is also obvious,and personal defense technology is to be improved.
