农村留守儿童在学习动机、学习成绩等方面与非留守儿童相似,但留守儿童在成长过程中面临着诸多不确定性风险,如孤独感强、性格内倾性明显、被同伴排斥的可能性大、情感需求得不到满足等,而现有的农村教育制度安排无法有效地应对农村留守儿童的这些成长困扰。国内在农村留守儿童比较多地区推广寄宿制学校及上海、深圳等地所进行的学校社工实验,表明推广寄宿制学校并引入学校社会工作可能是一个有效的制度安排。

As far as learning motivation and performance are concerned,there is not much difference between left-behind and non-left-behind children,but the former are probably faced many uncertain risks,such as stronger loneliness,more evident introversive personality,more chance of peer exclusion,and less satisfaction for emotional needs.The present educational system in the countryside,though,is unable to cope with the challenges effectively.Now in the regions with more left-behind children a boarding school became popular,while Shanghai,Shenzhen and other places are experimenting social work in school,which may be form a sound system.
