在项目导向型(Project-based)供应链跨组织合作中,稳定均衡的知识流是实现项目价值增值的基础。因而,在假定项目型组织之间平等合作的基础上,从项目价值增值最大化角度,考虑跨组织知识流控制目标间努力成本关系,构建并剖析了基于知识流的项目导向型供应链跨组织合作激励模型,并对模型分析结果进行数据模拟和算例分析。结果表明,以调整控制目标的激励强度为协调手段,实施项目导向型供应链跨组织知识流组合协调激励策略不仅可实现项目价值增值的最优化,而且可实现合作双方净收益的帕累托改善,进而使得承包商在知识流控制目标上合理分配资源和努力水平,实现项目控制目标间的协调均衡。

Within project-based supply chain cross-organizational cooperation,stable and equilibrium knowledge is the foundation for achieving project value-adding.Therefore,based on the assumption of equal cooperation between project-based organizations,in view of maximizing project value-adding,project-based supply chain cross-organizational cooperative incentive model based on knowledge was established,and then digital simulation and example analysis were presented.The results show that,the way of adjusting project objective incentive intensity and implemented project-based supply chain cross-organizational knowledge coordinative incentive strategy not only could achieve project value-adding maximization,but also could realize net earnings Pareto improvement.Furthermore,it made the contractor reasonably allocate the effect level and resources in knowledge flow control objective and realize objective coordinative equilibrium.
