The claim that political work is the lifeline of our army is an important idea in army building. It has rich scientific connotation and theoretical support. Under the new circumstances, to effectively carry out political work, we should give full play to the vigor of political work so as to forge the soul of the army and accomplish its mission ; we should give full play to the vigor of the army organization so as to enhance the optimization and poly-merization of the quality of the offices and a man as a whole; and we should give emphasis to the great full play to the vigor of the function of the army so as to strengthen the cultivation of its fighting spirit.
