为了有效地促进农业科技成果产业化,加强农业国际竞争力,推动农业持续健康发展,必须制定并实施农业知识产权战略,大力提升农业知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理能力,强化对农业发展的技术支撑。在分析我国农业知识产权保护面临新形势的基础上,分析江西省农业知识产权建设现状,有针对性地提出江西省农业知识产权战略的目标、主要任务和对策。
為瞭有效地促進農業科技成果產業化,加彊農業國際競爭力,推動農業持續健康髮展,必鬚製定併實施農業知識產權戰略,大力提升農業知識產權創造、運用、保護和管理能力,彊化對農業髮展的技術支撐。在分析我國農業知識產權保護麵臨新形勢的基礎上,分析江西省農業知識產權建設現狀,有針對性地提齣江西省農業知識產權戰略的目標、主要任務和對策。
위료유효지촉진농업과기성과산업화,가강농업국제경쟁력,추동농업지속건강발전,필수제정병실시농업지식산권전략,대력제승농업지식산권창조、운용、보호화관리능력,강화대농업발전적기술지탱。재분석아국농업지식산권보호면림신형세적기출상,분석강서성농업지식산권건설현상,유침대성지제출강서성농업지식산권전략적목표、주요임무화대책。
To promote the industrialization of agricultural technological fruits,improve the international competitiveness of agriculture,and guarantee its healthy and sustainable development,it is necessary to formulate and carry out agricultural intellectual property rights strategies,enhance the creation,application,protection and management capabilities of agricultural intellectual property rights and strengthen technical backup for agricultural development.The paper,based on an analysis of the challenges confronting China＇s agricultural intellectual property rights protection,studied the reality of Jiangxi＇s agricultural intellectual property rights construction and proposed its strategic goals,major task and countermeasures.
