以资源型城镇——攀枝花市盐边县为例,基于城镇独特的生态系统内涵,建立了资源型城镇的生态承载力评价指标体系,运用综合评判法,深入剖析各压力指标、支持力指标的状态,从而得出盐边县生态承载力的评价结果。结果表明:支持力指标安全程度略大于压力指标安全程度,因此,盐边县的综合生态承载力为0.58,处于一定的弹性生态盈余状态。生态承载力承载度为0.68,生态承载力各系统间协调性增强,生态承载力的协调度达到0.62,处于较安全状态。但资源压力、经济压力和生态健康等指标发展水平仍较低。研究所运用的评价方法较客观地反映了盐边县的生态承载力状况,研究结果为盐边县可持续发展提供决策依据,以期为其他地区生态承载力研究提供借鉴。

Taking Yanbian County as an example,this paper studies the ecological carrying capacity of the research area.Based on the unique characteristic of resourced-based cities,we analyze the situation of ecological carrying capacity in Yanbian County,using entropy weight and integrated index evaluation method.The results show that the value of support indicators is a little higher than the pressure one.Thus,the integrated ecological carrying capacity in research area gets to 0.58,which is in critical safe state.Furthermore,the carrying degree and harmony degree of ecological carrying capacity is in a comparatively safe state,showing the various systems being in harmonious situation,and the former gets to 0.68 and the latter reaches 0.62.It is notable that the indexes of economic pressure,resource pressure and ecological health are gradually lower than critical value,which means the ecological carrying capacity being under the risk situation in the future.By the method of integrated index evaluation method,the ecological carrying capacity of Yanbian County was well reflected,the research findings provides policy-making basis for environmental protection in Yanbian County.
