冀东经济区是一个海陆兼备的地理区域,是河北省全力打造的新的经济增长极。文章主要从海陆经济互动发展的视角对冀东经济区发展路径进行研究。文章首先阐述了加强冀东经济区海陆经济互动发展的依据,分析了制约海陆互动的障碍因素。文章最后提出了制定科学发展规划、创新区域协调发展机制、加快临港产业集聚、完善海陆交通体系、建立港腹联盟、优化产业结构与布局、发展海陆循环经济和加强资源环境保护等对策建议。

Jidong economic zone is a geographical area with both land and sea,a new economic growth pole that Hebei Province is trying to build.This thesis has studied the development path of Jidong economic zone from the perspective of interaction between marine economy and land economy.Firstly,this paper described the foundation of to strengthen the interaction between marine economy and land economy in Jidong economic zone.Then,it analyzed barriers factors that restrict interaction between marine economy and land economy.On this basis,it proposed some suggestions,such as to lay down scientific development planning,innovate regional development mechanism,speed up port industry gathering,perfect land and sea transportation system,establish the union between harbor and hinterland,optimize the industrial structure and layout,develop marine and land circular economy,strengthen resources and environmental protection,etc.
