正德《福州府志》是明代最早的一部福州地方志，不仅开创明代福州修志先河，保存和承栽了丰富且珍贵的史料，而且对地方的发展有着独特的辅治作用。笔者将就本志的作者、凡例特点、史料和文献价值做进一步的分析。

Zhengde＂Fuzhou Historical Records＂ was the first Fuzhou local chronicle of Ming Dynasty. This book not only created a precedent of making records in Fuzhou, with rich and valuable historical materials, but also played a unique assistant role for local government and development. In this paper, the author will make further analysis for the writer of this log and its explanatory notes, historical and documentary value, and so on.
